Lucille Ford, PHR, SHRM-CP

Lucille Ford, PHR, SHRM-CP has worked in a variety of human resources roles throughout their career. Lucille most recently served as the Director of Human Resources at Naples Soap Company since December 2020. Prior to that, they held the same role at Royal Shell Real Estate, Inc. from February 2016 to December 2020, during which they also served as an HR/PR Administrator from February 2016 to June 2017. Before joining Royal Shell Real Estate, Inc., Lucille was the Human Resources Manager at Pavese Law Firm from March 2014 to January 2016. Their earliest role was as a Human Resources Generalist at Shaw Development, LLC from March 2011 to March 2014.

Lucille Ford, PHR, SHRM-CP, has an education history that includes attending the Florida Gulf Coast University Lutgert College of Business, where they studied Human Resources. Lucille also obtained an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Florida SouthWestern State College. In addition to their formal education, Lucille has obtained several certifications, including the Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certification from HRCI, which they obtained in August 2021, and the Talent Optimization Certificate from The Predictive Index, which they obtained in June 2021.
