Charlotte Morris

Charlotte Morris has worked in the insurance and veterinary industries since 2003. Charlotte began their career as a Veterinary Nurse at PDSA in 2003 and then worked as a Veterinary Nurse at Vetsnow from 2009 to 2011. Charlotte then worked as Self Employed at The Contemporary Card Co from 2011 to 2019. From 2019 to 2022, they held the roles of Claims Assessor and Pet Claims Team Leader at Covéa Insurance. Charlotte is currently working as a Claim Lead at Napo Pet Insurance.

Charlotte Morris received their Bachelor of Science in Veterinary Nursing from the Royal Veterinary College, University of London in 2004. In November 2022, they obtained the (IF1) Insurance, Legal and Regulatory certification from the Chartered Insurance Institute. Additionally, in May 2022, they obtained the Well-Being in the Workplace certification from LinkedIn.
