Kelsey Smith, CPA, CMA, has a robust background in financial management, starting as a Finance Intern at Springwater Township from May 2009 to September 2011. Since November 2013, Kelsey has held several key positions at Napoleon, progressing from Accounts Payable Analyst to Cost Accountant, then to Assistant Controller in Corporate Finance & Sales, and currently serving as Manager of Financial Reporting. Kelsey obtained certification as a Chartered Professional Accountant through CPA Canada between 2014 and 2016 and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from Western University, earned in 2012.
