Martin Blaauw

Martin Blaauw has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Martin currently holds the position of Director Supply Chain Europe at Napoleon since April 2022. Prior to this, they had an extensive career at Philips, starting in 2000.

At Philips, Martin held various roles, including Head of Integrated Planning Personal Health, Director Supply Chain Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, Operations Leader Latin America Philips Personal Health, Director Supply Chain Consumer Lifestyle & Head of SBS Logistics Russia & Central Asia, and Director Supply Chain Russia. Martin also served as a Portfolio Manager and Sr. Manager Operational Productivity, where they implemented logistics processes, defined key performance indicators, and achieved significant cost reduction.

Additionally, Martin worked as a Black Belt Project Manager, where they successfully outsourced the EMEA regional distribution center, integrated a business unit specific service parts distribution center, and implemented an automated shipping system, resulting in substantial savings. In their earlier years at Philips, they worked as a Consultant Customer Service, responsible for SAP development and leading a team of functional SAP consultants.

Martin Blaauw attended Ulenhof College from 1989 to 1995, where they completed their Atheneum degree. Following this, from 1995 to 2000, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) in Business Information Technology at the University of Twente.
