Nicholas Crocker

Nicholas Crocker currently serves as the Manager of Operations and Advanced Manufacturing Engineering at Napoleon, starting in July 2023. Previously, from May 2015 to July 2023, Nicholas held the position of Senior Engineering Analyst in the Paint Department at Toyota Motor Manufacturing Canada, contributing significantly to various projects, including serving as the technical lead for the Lexus NX major model pilot project and collaborating with global design and engineering teams. Nicholas also held roles as an Engineering Specialist and mentored junior engineers and co-op students throughout the Toyota organization. Earlier experience includes positions at ArcelorMittal Dofasco, Apotex Inc., Parmalat Canada, and AECL. Nicholas holds a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Science, Honours Chemical Engineering from the University of Waterloo and completed secondary education at St. Aloysius Gonzaga Secondary School, where a Certificate of Completion of the Extended French program was earned.
