Alba Hernández Chico

Alba Hernández Chico began their work experience in 2018 as Salud y Seguridad en el Trabajo | HR at SEAT, S.A., where they focused on mental health in the workplace, administrative tasks, and the study of psychosocial risks. Alba then moved on to MútuaTerrassa Recursos Humanos in 2018, where they were responsible for talent management and HR tasks such as selection and planning training actions for employees. In 2019, Alba joined Decathlon España as a Retail employee, followed by a role at PULL&BEAR in the same position. In 2020, they worked at Lefties in a retail position. Currently, Alba works at Napptilus Tech Labs as an IT Recruiter and previously held an HR internship position.

Alba Hernández Chico completed their education at the Universitat de Barcelona. From 2015 to 2019, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, specializing in the field of Psychology. Later, from 2020 to 2021, Alba obtained a Master's degree in Management and Development of People and Teams in Organizations from the same university.
