Paula Torres Fernández

Paula Torres Fernández has a diverse work experience in various roles. In 2017, they worked as a Collaborating Student at Loyola University in the Department of Psychology: Human Neuroscience Laboratory from September 2017 to July 2019. In 2018, they worked as a Psychologist at the Seville II Penitentiary Centre, providing employment guidance, advice on CV design, and conducting assessment and evaluation interviews. In 2019, they worked as a Psychologist at the Huelva Penitentiary Centre, performing similar responsibilities. In 2021, Paula joined MASMOVIL as a Telephone Operator for a brief period from April to May. Paula then worked at Management & Research as an HR/Recruiter from June to November, where they monitored recruitment and selection processes, implemented international projects, and designed people management policies. From October 2021 to March 2022, they worked at The Lab Ventures as an HR Business Partner, responsible for recruitment and selection of various profiles and validating ideas in venture capital. Currently, Paula is the Head of People & Talent at Napptilus Tech Labs, assuming the role in March 2022.

Paula Torres Fernández has a diverse educational background. Paula obtained their Master's Degree in Human Resources Digitalisation: HR and People Analytics from IMF Smart Education, where they studied from 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, they specialized in Recruitment Techniques 2.0, Personnel Selection, and Human Resources Management at Escuela de Negocios y Dirección de la UEMC in 2021. Paula completed their undergraduate studies at Universidad Loyola, earning a Psychology Degree from 2016 to 2021. In 2019, Paula also completed an Expert Programme in Mediation and Conflict Resolution at LOYOLA Executive Education, which is a division of Universidad Loyola.

In addition to their formal education, Paula holds a certification in the First Certificate in English (FCE) (B2) from the University of Cambridge, which they obtained in May 2021.
