Tom Rendler

Tom Rendler has over 30 years of work experience in various roles within the engineering and business development fields. Tom'smost recent position was as the Director of Business Development at Naprotek, a role they began in March 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Business Development at Smiths Interconnect from June 2022 to March 2023. Before that, they served as the Chief Technology Officer at Microwave Products Group - A Dover Company from January 2021 to June 2022. Tom also has experience as a Business Development Executive at Benchmark Electronics from July 2017 to January 2021, a Business Development Manager at Anaren Microwave from August 2011 to May 2017, and a Senior Sales/Marketing Manager at Cobham Defense Electronic Systems from April 2003 to August 2011. Tom began their career as an Electrical Engineer at REMEC Microwave Inc. in June 1992 and held various roles within the company until their departure in April 2000, including Engineering Product Line Manager. Tom also worked as a Senior Staff Applications Engineer at Spectrum Fsy Microwave, Inc. from October 2000 to April 2003. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in business development, engineering, and product management.
