Currently serving as the Head of Franchise Performance and Supplier Engagement at Narellan Pools since May 2021, Gavin has driven strategic planning and execution of sales activities, enhancing franchisee capabilities and success. Prior roles include Head of Strategic Sales and Partnerships at Snap Print & Design, where responsibilities encompassed managing multi-million dollar enterprise accounts and spearheading initiatives to optimize customer value. Gavin's background also includes significant positions at IVE Group, iGroup Australia, MAN Ferrostaal AG, and NAB, with expertise ranging from key account management to international trade. Educational credentials include an Associate Diploma in Marketing Management from TAFE NSW and a HSC from Newington College.
