Tamara van der Boon is an experienced professional in business operations and customer experience management, currently serving as the Business Operations & Customer Experience Manager for ANZ at Narellan Pools since September 2017. In this role, Tamara oversees customer journey initiatives and manages high-performing teams in customer care, construction excellence, and client services. Previous positions include National Franchise Performance Manager at Narellan Pools, OPSM Franchise Business Manager with Luxottica Group, and various roles at AccorHotels, including Franchise Operations Manager and Franchise Integration & Operations Manager. Tamara's career began in hospitality, with managerial roles at multiple hotels, and equipped with a Bachelor's degree in Business - Hospitality Management from The University of Queensland and further education in Accor Hospitality.
