Mouna Khalif

Mouna KHALIF is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources, project management, and team leadership. Currently serving as the Responsable des Ressources Humaines at NAREVA HOLDING since February 2020, Mouna KHALIF specializes in compensation and benefits, establishing remuneration tools, and conducting HR management controls. Prior to this, Mouna KHALIF held the position of Senior Manager HR Compensation & Benefits at Lydec from November 2011 to February 2020, focusing on project management and client relations. Earlier career roles include management positions at Altadis, where Mouna KHALIF led commercial development projects, and at Accenture, where Mouna KHALIF oversaw project management from planning to execution.
