Alana Lim (She/Her)

Alana Lim, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the People Operations Manager at Narmi since December 2021. Prior to this, they held the same position at Simon Data from January 2020 to December 2021. Prior to their role at Simon Data, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Simon Data from October 2018 to January 2020. From June 2017 to June 2018, Alana served as the Chair at the California State Student Association.

Alana Lim, SHRM-CP, completed their education from 2013 to 2018 at California State University, Bakersfield with a focus on Human Resources Management. In 2017, they also participated in the Panetta Institute for Public Policy program at California State University, Monterey Bay. Additionally, in January 2020, Alana obtained their SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM.
