Amy Pardee currently serves as General Counsel at Narmi, beginning in May 2023. Previously, Amy held various roles at Square from November 2015 to May 2023, including Global Governance Counsel and Lead International Counsel, where responsibilities involved overseeing legal matters related to economic empowerment for SMEs and individuals globally. Prior to this, Amy was an associate at Weil Gotshal and Manges from January 2011 to November 2015, focusing on mergers and acquisitions and private equity, participating in significant transactions for major clients like General Electric Company and Apple. Additional experience includes roles at Cisco, Mayer Brown, and various clerkships, along with a junior fellowship at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace. Amy earned a Juris Doctor degree from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from Stanford University.
