Project Management Team

The Project Management Team at North American Roofing oversees the planning, execution, and completion of commercial roofing projects nationwide. Comprising roles such as Contract Coordinators, Project Coordinators, Project Managers, and a Procurement and Logistics Manager, the team ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. They coordinate resources, manage schedules, handle procurement and logistics, and maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
