Shilpa Bhattar

Shilpa Bhattar is a seasoned professional in the finance and investment sectors, currently serving on the Private Equity investment team at Narotam Sekhsaria Family Office, which manages over USD 1 billion in assets. Previously, Shilpa held the position of CFO and Head of Strategy at The Sleep Company, contributing to its rapid growth in the mattress category. As COO of BAJAAO.COM, significant achievements included operational improvements and increased Amazon sales, along with raising venture debt funding. Shilpa founded and directed Reevolv Advisory Services Pvt. Ltd, providing research and advisory services primarily to private equity and hedge funds. Prior experience includes roles as Vice President at Enam Securities and Associate at Morgan Stanley Investment Banking. Shilpa holds a CA degree from ICAI and a B.Com in Finance from Narsee Monjee College, in addition to having passed all three levels of the CFA program.
