Swati Datye

Swati Datye is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Advisor at Narotam Sekhsaria Family Office and as an Independent Director at Suryoday Small Finance Bank Ltd, Datye also holds positions as a Principal Consultant at People Konnect and an External Member of the POSH IC for a confidential organization.
