Carlos has more than 15 years of financial experience in investment banking: Finconsult, Banesto / Grupo Santander and VGM Advisory Partners, as head of M&A operations, search for financing and IPOs, continuous market and Alternative Stock Market for Expanding Companies ( MAB-EE) for medium and small companies.

He is also the main partner of Aggeris Venture Capital, a financial services and investment company, and a Bachelor of Business Administration and Management and an MBA from the Instituto de Empresa.
