Mark Baumgarten

Mark Baumgarten is a seasoned professional in the real estate and property management sectors with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently, Mark serves as a Partner in Portfolio Management at Narrow Road Group, where responsibilities include overseeing financial reporting and managing investor relations. Prior to this role, Mark held various senior positions at Trinitas Ventures, including Executive Vice President of Strategic Projects and Property Management. Mark's career also includes significant roles at American Tower, General Growth Properties, and as the founder of The Avanti Group, among others. Mark holds an Executive MBA from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a B.A. in Socioeconomics from Michigan State University.
