Heidi Isern

Head of Design & Analytics at Narvar

Heidi Isern is currently the Head of Design & Analytics at Narvar. Heidi has extensive experience in omni user experience, having previously served as the Head of User Experience and Customer Experience Innovation at Gap Inc. In this role, they led a team of 30 UX designers and creative technologists responsible for the omni user experience across ecomm, mobile app, and store apps and kiosks. Heidi also liaised with digital heads across Old Navy, Athleta, Gap, Banana Republic and central test teams to innovate and optimize our customer's experience.

Prior to their work at Gap Inc., Heidi was the Managing Director at BLK SHP Foundation / Parliament Inc., where they oversaw member growth for think tank with the Fortune 500 C-suite (incl. Salesforce, SAP, Samsung, Nike, IBM, Intuit, etc), NY Times best selling authors, and BLK SHP artists. Before that, they were Sr Lead at IDEO from April 2013 to March 2017.

Heidi Isern is also the founder of Chameleon Endeavors Consulting, which they ran from September 2007 to April 2012. In this role, they served as an executive strategy consultant. Prior to that, they were a Manager at Kurt Salmon, part of Accenture Strategy from September 2004 to September 2007. Her first professional marketing role was at Philips (Sonicare) from June 2003 to May 2004.

Heidi Isern has a BA in Business Economics from the University of Washington. Heidi also has an MBA exchange in Marketing from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and an MBA in Marketing from the University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business.
