Herman Radtke

Herman Radtke is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and e-commerce. Currently serving as VP of Engineering at Narvar since December 2021, Herman leads the Track and the Component Platform & Merchant Tools teams. Previously, as CTO and Co-Founder of Behold, Herman managed a team of engineers and data scientists to develop a personalized e-commerce marketplace. At Nordstromrack.com | HauteLook, Herman held various roles including VP of Engineering, where responsibilities included overseeing a 150-person technology department and enhancing e-commerce solutions. Herman began a career in software development at Advent Resources, Inc. and holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from the University of California, Riverside.
