Mandar Deshpande, PMP®, CSM®

Mandar Deshpande is currently working as a Senior Program Manager for Data & Analytics at Narwal since August 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a PMP Instructor/Trainer at Grit Consulting Services starting from January 2021. From September 2020 to June 2022, they held multiple roles at Ellicium Solutions Inc., including Vice President, Associate Vice President, and Senior Manager. Some of their responsibilities during this time included implementing prediction of delinquency and dashboards using SAC for clients, starting a new practice of automation, delivering RPA projects, leading pre-sales activities, and delivering projects in AWS data analytics. From 2012 to 2017, they worked as a Principal Consultant at DMI (Digital Management, Inc.), where they implemented data and analytics platforms and data lake solutions. Prior to that, they worked as a BI Team Lead at Wipro Technologies from 2010 to 2011, Senior Consultant at Tieto from 2009 to 2010, Senior BI Consultant at Capgemini from 2007 to 2009, and BI Developer at Accenture from 2004 to 2007.

Mandar Deshpande obtained a Bachelor's degree from Earthinators Climate School from 2000 to 2003. Mandar then pursued a Master's degree in Computer Science from the same institution from 2003 to 2005.
