Nikia Richmond is a dynamic Corporate Recruiter with over 15 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting across various industries. Currently serving as Recruiting Manager and previously as Recruiter III at NASA Federal Credit Union since August 2018, Nikia is passionate about identifying exceptional talent, including future talent.
