Elysha Tsai is a skilled designer with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently, at NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory, Elysha designs mission public engagement and scalable design systems, bridging complex aerospace concepts with human understanding. As the first designer focused on growth within JPL's Human-Centered Design Group, contributions include scaling the Mars 2020 mission's product and developing its communications strategy. In addition to design work, Elysha operates a successful creative mentorship business, providing over 300 hours of personalized instruction across technical art skills and portfolio development. Notable past roles include Head of Brand and Print Design for Lunar Gala, where Elysha led a team to successfully promote Pittsburgh's largest fashion show, and experience as a Graphic Designer for Illumination, contributing to brand assets for Minions™. Elysha holds a Bachelor of Design degree in Communication Design and Human-Computer Interaction from Carnegie Mellon University, along with additional education from the Rhode Island School of Design and ArtCenter College of Design.
