Emmanuel Decrossas is an experienced engineer specializing in radio frequency and microwave technologies, currently serving as a Radio Frequency Microwave Consultant at RF Wave, Inc. since January 2023. With extensive experience at NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) since December 2012 as an RF/Microwave Antenna and Telecom Engineer, Emmanuel has contributed as a NASA postdoctoral fellow, focusing on the design and simulation of sub-mm and THz components for radar imaging. Prior experience includes a postdoctoral position at the University of Arkansas' High Density Electronics Center, where microwave characterization of low temperature co-fired ceramics was achieved, as well as a PhD candidate role at the University of Arkansas, concentrating on carbon nanotubes and graphene-based high frequency devices. Emmanuel holds an MBA from the University of Redlands, a PhD in Electrical Engineering from the University of Arkansas, an MS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Tennessee, and a Master's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Université Pierre et Marie Curie.
