Paul Rosen has extensive experience in radar technology and scientific research, currently serving as a Project Scientist at Jet Propulsion Laboratory since May 1992, where responsibilities include the formulation of Decimeter-wavelength scientific synthetic aperture radar for Earth Changes and Hazards Monitoring. Previous roles at the same institution include Member of Technical Staff and Section Manager, overseeing a team of 130 scientists and engineers focused on developing radar instruments and science applications for NASA's Earth and planetary science objectives. Prior to this, Paul Rosen worked as a Research Associate at Kanazawa University, conducting research on low frequency wave propagation in plasmas. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Stanford University and a Master of Science (MS) in the same field from the University of Pennsylvania.
