Vandi Verma

Vandi Verma has extensive experience in robotics and engineering, currently serving as the Development Office Program Manager for OTIS at NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory since October 2007. Key roles include Chief Engineer for the Mars 2020 Perseverance Mission, overseeing robotic operations, and leadership positions within the Mobility & Robotic Systems Section. Previous experience includes a role as Research Scientist at NASA Ames Research Center from November 2004 to October 2007, and a Ph.D. in Robotics obtained at Carnegie Mellon University between 1998 and 2004. Vandi Verma's educational background also includes studies at American University and Punjab Engineering College.
