Bruce Lipe

Bruce Lipe is an experienced Project Manager and Range Systems Engineer with a robust history in aerospace and defense. They managed cross-functional teams at NASA and the Department of Defense, focusing on telemetry systems and mission control facility development from their time at the 412th Range Squadron and the DoD Test Resource Management Center. Bruce led the development of the Interactive Analysis and Display System, now a widely used flight test telemetry system, and managed several key aviation projects, including the Integrated Network Enhanced Telemetry (iNET) project with the U.S. Navy. Additionally, Bruce served as the Acting Director of Mission Operations at NASA Armstrong Flight Research Center, overseeing high-risk flight tests and strategic initiatives, and holds an MBA from Webster University.
