James Broyan is currently the ECLSS-CHP Systems Capability Leadership Team Lead at NASA, where they develop strategic technology roadmaps for environmental controls and life support systems. They previously served as Deputy and then Lead of the ECLSS-CHP Systems Capability Leadership Team, representing NASA's Space Technology Mission Directorate. Prior to their tenure at NASA, James was the Mechanical Module Project Manager for the Shuttle/ISS HRP Urine Monitoring System at Hamilton Sundstrand from 1999 to 2004. James is pursuing a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering Technology at The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering at Boston University.
