Jules Casuga is currently the Chief of the Collaboration Office at NASA - National Aeronautics and Space Administration, where they lead the implementation of collaborative tools and services agency-wide. Jules previously served as the Chief of the IT Service Management Division at NASA Ames Research Center from 2017 to 2020. Prior to their tenure at NASA, they were the Chief Knowledge Officer at the Defense Intelligence Agency from 2008 to 2017, and they retired from the US Navy after 20 years of honorable service from 1988 to 2008.
