Pete Vrotsos

Pete Vrotsos is an accomplished aerospace consultant and NASA professional with extensive experience in space communications and navigation. Currently an Independent Consultant since June 2017, Vrotsos previously served as the Director of Network Services at NASA, overseeing operations and maintenance of critical space communication infrastructure such as the Deep Space Network and the Space Network. Vrotsos has also held roles as the Exploration Communications and Navigation Program Manager and Space Communications Program Manager at NASA Glenn Research Center, where responsibilities included strategic planning, management of substantial budgets, and program development. Vrotsos began at NASA in 1991, managing key projects including the Advanced Communications Technology Satellite. Vrotsos is an alumnus of the United States Naval Academy.
