Sam Buley

Sam Buley currently works as a Test Director in the Energy Systems Test Branch at NASA’s Johnson Space Center, focusing on testing and developing In-Situ Resource Utilization technologies for lunar and Martian missions. Sam earned a Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin and participated in the NASA Pathways Program, completing multiple internships across various NASA branches. Previously, Sam has held roles within organizations including Boeing and the Texas Rocket Engineering Lab, where they gained experience in structural analysis, test design, and team leadership. Sam is skilled in various engineering software and is an advocate for mentorship and technical collaboration.
