Stephen Chesley

Stephen Chesley has extensive experience in budget and workforce management, currently serving as the Acting Director of the Budget and Performance Management Office at NASA since August 2002. Responsible for the OCHCO budget and strategic operations, Stephen has also held positions including Senior Workforce Planning Program Manager, where strategic goals are transformed into actionable plans, and Acting Deputy Director of the Office of Budget Management and System Support, overseeing daily operations related to budget formulation and execution. Prior to NASA, Stephen worked as a Business Consultant for the State of Utah from 1997 to 2002. Stephen holds a Master's degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Utah, alongside additional education from Brigham Young University.
