Tammy Simons

Tammy Simons is a seasoned educator and consultant with extensive experience in physics instruction and curriculum development. Current roles include serving as a Consultant/Presenter at A+ College Ready, leading AP Physics review sessions, and teaching various physics courses at Madison City Schools. Simons has held leadership positions at the American Association of Physics Teachers, including President and Vice President of the Alabama Section, and plays a pivotal role as a Reader for the College Board. With a background in training educators on the Alabama Science Standards via NASA and other educational initiatives, Simons is committed to enhancing physics education and aligning it with contemporary scientific resources and standards.
