Tevin Barker, MA, SHRM-CP®, is a human capital professional with over 12 years of experience in aligning people and mission within the aerospace sector. They have served as a Developmental Special Duty Program Manager for the United States Air Force, where they managed a $9.2M relocation budget and led a team through a digital transformation project. As a Training Program Manager, they established a training cell that successfully certified 10 technicians in six months. Currently, Tevin works as a Human Resources Business Partner at NASA and previously held a role as an HR Generalist at Valero.
