Brandon M Thompson has an extensive work experience in the motorsports industry, particularly in NASCAR. Brandon M started their career as an intern at Nashville Superspeedway in 2003 before joining NASCAR in 2005 as a Sr. Account Executive. Brandon M then moved on to Revolution Racing in 2010 as an Operations Manager. Thompson returned to NASCAR in 2012 and held various roles including Manager and Senior Manager of Racing Operations. In 2016, they became a Managing Director at NASCAR. Currently, they serve as the Vice President of Diversity & Inclusion, leading NASCAR's strategy in diversity and inclusion, overseeing programs and initiatives to enhance diversity in the industry. Thompson is responsible for multicultural programs and strategic alliances related to diversity and inclusion.

Brandon M Thompson attended Clark Atlanta University from 2001 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Marketing.
