Kimberly Coon

Kimberly Coon is a seasoned professional in sports broadcasting and communications, currently serving as On-Air Talent and Pit Reporter for NBC Sports since March 2019. Coon has held multiple roles within NASCAR and the Motor Racing Network, including Reporter and Host since January 2015. Additional experience includes serving as On-Air Cohost and News Anchor at WCCB Charlotte's CW from March 2017 to March 2023, and as a Pit Reporter for American Flat Track from 2016 to 2018. Coon's background also features roles at Octagon as an On-Air Host and Spokesperson for the NASCAR Cup Series, and earlier positions as Communications Coordinator with C design Inc. and Public Relations Specialist at Media Power Advertising. Coon holds a Master's degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from The University of Alabama and a Bachelor's degree in Broadcasting and World Religions from the University of Miami, complemented by a high school diploma from Lake Highland Preparatory School.
