Steven Alvarez III

Steven Alvarez III has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Steven began their career in the US Army as a Fire Support Specialist, where they supervised personnel and assisted in planning and conducting operations. Afterward, they worked as a Floor Technician at Nomac Drilling, where they operated various equipment and performed maintenance tasks. Steven then joined NASCENT Technology, LLC as an IT System Administrator, providing support and delivering solutions to internal employees and external clients in the Intermodal Transportation Industry. Additionally, they had a short student internship during this time. Following this, Steven worked as a System Engineer Contractor at TEKsystems, providing support to internal customers and building and configuring servers. Steven then transitioned to Pike Engineering as a System Engineer, where they held multiple roles. Currently, they are working at NASCENT Technology, LLC as a Sr. System Engineer. Throughout their career, Steven has demonstrated skills in systems administration, hardware and software maintenance, troubleshooting networks, and network security.

Steven Alvarez III completed an Associate of Science degree in Computer Science and Network Security at ECPI University from 2015 to 2017. In April 2017, they obtained the certifications "Big Data Foundations - Level 1" and "Data Science Foundations - Level 1" from IBM.
