Amanda Frederick

Amanda Frederick has a diverse work experience spanning various healthcare organizations. Since July 2021, they have been serving as the Vice President of Health Plan Operations at Nascentia Health. Prior to this, Amanda held multiple roles at Fidelis Care from 2016 to 2021, including Director of LTC Performance Improvement and Program Integrity, as well as MLTC Program and Analytics Manager.

Before their time at Fidelis Care, Amanda worked at Ellis Medicine from 2012 to 2016. During this period, they held the positions of Service Line Director for Primary Care and Hospitalist Medicine, where they played a pivotal role in developing and implementing a primary care healthcare delivery model. Additionally, they oversaw business plan development, financial management, and project coordination as the Business Manager.
