Currently serving as Regional Outreach at Nascentia Health since May 2023, Joe previously held the position of Vice President of Sales at Destination Niagara USA, where notable achievements included developing marketing plans and achieving the first profitable year for the convention center since its opening. Prior roles include Director of Convention Marketing, Sales & Services at VisitErie, where Joe booked $75 million in economic impact, and Vice President of Convention Sales at Niagara Falls Convention & Visitor's Bureau, yielding a 127% business increase. Joe's career began as an Account Manager at Ingram Micro and included earlier work in video production and customer service. Joe holds bachelor's degrees in Business Administration and Management from the University at Buffalo, as well as Communications and Media from the State University of New York at Fredonia.
