Francois Mourad

Francois Mourad's work experience includes various roles in different companies. Francois is currently working as the Group Head of HR and Business Support at Nasco Insurance Group since May 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Organization & HR Director at LafargeHolcim from November 2017 to May 2021.

Before that, Mourad worked at Daher Foods from February 2009 to August 2016, where they were the Head of International Business Development. During their time there, they achieved significant results such as doubling international sales, transforming the Export Department into a business unit, and introducing Poppins Cereal Bars to the Russian market.

Francois also served as the General Manager at New Age Beverage Company (NABCO) from August 2007 to February 2009, where they resumed production and downsized the headcount to achieve cost savings.

Earlier in their career, Mourad worked as the Human Resources Director at Brasserie Almaza - Heineken Lebanon from January 2002 to August 2007. Francois successfully managed a major restructuring project, implemented a new performance management system, and designed a new competency model.

Furthermore, they worked at The Coca-Cola Company as the Human Resources & Development Manager from May 1997 to December 2001. Francois contributed to setting up training infrastructure, customizing training programs, and conducting skill assessments for sales supervisors and branch managers.

Lastly, Mourad started their career as the Marketing Manager at Château Ksara from September 1993 to April 1997. Francois developed a special marketing program, managed packaging changes, and repositioned the Ksara brand through advertising based on consumer research.

Francois Mourad attended HEC Montréal from 1984 to 1987, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing & International Business. Prior to that, they attended the Collège Français de Montréal, where they completed a Diplôme d'Études Collégiales in Business Administration and Management, General. Francois also graduated from Collège Notre-Dame de Jamhour, earning a High School Diploma with a focus on General studies.
