Brianna Graham

Brianna Graham has a long history of working in the legal field. In 2021, they began working as Legal Counsel for Nasdaq Private Market, where they partner with sales and operations teams to close deals by negotiating and advising on agreements relating to the sale of NPM’s technology, paying agent, and broker-dealer services. Brianna also manages the company’s NDAs, taking the lead in negotiating terms, and drafted an Information Paying Agent Agreement (IPAA) master template. In 2021, they also began working as Corporate Counsel for Home Run Moving Company LLC. From 2018 to 2021, they worked as an Associate Attorney for Messerli & Kramer P.A., where they practiced civil litigation on consumer collection matters for 20+ financial institutions. Brianna negotiated and drafted settlement agreements with opposing party and counsel to resolve matters outside of court and managed an average of 230 contested files. From 2015 to 2014, they worked as a Senior Grants and Contracts Administrator for the University of Minnesota, where they negotiated, structured, and closed technology and science based agreements, strategic alliance agreements, and teaming agreements. From 2014 to 2013, they worked as a Contracts Attorney for Blackbaud, where they partnered with the sales team to close deals by negotiating, drafting, and creating template agreements and contract playbooks. Finally, they worked as a Legal Extern for the Michigan National Guard JAG from 2013 to 2013, where they provided legal services and advice to the Chief Engineer for the agency on actions involving Government contract law and fiscal law issues and concerns.

Brianna Graham attended Western Michigan University Cooley Law School from 2010 to 2013, graduating with a Doctor of Law (J.D.). Brianna then attended the University of Minnesota from 2005 to 2009, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science.
