William Hederman

William Hederman has worked in the legal field since 2006. William began their career as an Associate Attorney at Winston & Strawn LLP. In 2011, they moved to While You Were Sleeping LLC, where they held the roles of Managing Partner and Chief Legal Officer. In 2013, they joined Nasdaq as an Associate General Counsel and Senior Associate General Counsel. In 2022, they were appointed Managing Director and Senior Legal Counsel at Nasdaq Private Market.

William Hederman attended Notre Dame Law School from 2003 to 2006, where they earned a Doctor of Law (JD). William also attended The Catholic University of America from 1998 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Administration and Finance.
