Charlotte Strömberg

Charlotte Strömberg has extensive experience in leadership and governance roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a Board Member and Chairman of the Audit & Sustainability Committee at Kinnevik AB, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors at Sofina, and Co-Founder of DHS Venture Partners since June 2015. Additional roles include independent membership on the Listing Committee at Nasdaq, as well as board memberships at Clas Ohlson, Höganäs AB, and Lindéngruppen AB. Strömberg has been a member of the Swedish Securities Council since January 2016. As the Founder and CEO of Accretiv AB since January 2012, and previously the Chairman of the Board at Castellum until March 2021, Strömberg has demonstrated significant expertise in corporate governance and strategic leadership. Educational credentials include an M.B.A. from the Stockholm School of Economics and studies at Stockholm University and Dickinson College.
