Ioanna Mincheva

Ioanna Mincheva has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Ioanna is currently a Project Manager at Nasekomo, where they are involved in revolutionizing the human food chain by producing animal feed from organic waste using insects' biological powers. Prior to this, they worked as a Project Manager at The Orion Grid, a non-governmental organization with a global reach. In this role, they focused on creating partnerships and collaborations to galvanize and harmonize a grid.

Ioanna also worked as a Country Evaluation Consultant at REFLECTORY for a brief period and as a Program Director at the Center for Creative Training, where they enhanced the learning environment in Bulgaria through personalized technological solutions for educational institutions and innovative teacher training programs.

In addition, Ioanna served as an Operations Manager for the LEGO Education team and as a Partnerships and Projects Coordinator at the Center for Creative Training. Ioanna was responsible for managing project operations, developing projects, and working with various stakeholders, including governmental organizations, NGOs, and international partners. Ioanna was also engaged in EU-funded youth projects through Erasmus+ and Horizon2020.

Furthermore, Ioanna has experience as the Founder of Hire a Project Ninja, a Program Designer at Vessy.com - Diversity & Inclusion and Mental Health, and as a National Assistant at the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR).
