Kris Pittman

Kris Pittman has over 20 years of experience in various roles within the construction industry. Kris currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Nash Industries, Inc, a position they have held since March 2022. Prior to that, Kris was an Executive Director at the same company starting from February 2016.

Before their time at Nash Industries, Kris worked as a Construction Manager at Darling Homes from November 2014 to February 2016. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the start-up and operations of a new community, managing subcontractors, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

From June 2012 to May 2014, Kris worked as a Project Manager at Rohe & Wright Builders. Here, they managed a team and handled multiple projects with varied scopes, including ground-up commercial construction, site development, and remodeling.

Prior to that, Kris served as a Project Manager/Estimator at MTA Services from October 2008 to May 2012. In this role, they managed construction personnel and prepared estimates for various fire and restoration jobs.

Kris began their career at Bayer Homes as a Superintendent from May 2000 to September 2004.

In 2004, they also worked at Nash Industries as a Lead Project Manager and estimator, where they oversaw the design, bidding, and construction processes for a range of projects and helped expand the business.

During their time at Perry Homes from January 2006 to October 2008, Kris started as an Assistant Project Manager and quickly rose to the position of Project Manager. Kris handled material orders, subcontractor scheduling, and supervised construction staff for various projects.

Kris Pittman completed a Master of Science degree in Operations Management and Supervision from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, from 2016 to 2017, Kris Pittman earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Facilities and Construction Management, also at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. In 2001 to 2004, Kris Pittman attended the University of Houston, studying Construction Management. Additionally, Kris Pittman spent the academic year 2002 to 2003 at Texas A&M University, specializing in Construction Science with a focus on Architecture.
