Aziz Alghunaim

Aziz Alghunaim has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2021, they co-founded Nash, a delivery orchestration platform that connects businesses with a network of delivery providers. Prior to this, they co-founded Tarjimly in 2016, a mobile application that eliminates language barriers for refugees.

From 2015 to 2018, Aziz worked as a Forward Deployed Engineer at Palantir Technologies, where they also spent a summer in 2014 working for the Philanthropy team. Aziz contributed to the design of solutions and had both technical and non-technical responsibilities.

Before Palantir, Aziz was an Undergraduate Researcher at MIT Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Lab (CSAIL) and worked on language understanding. Aziz also worked as an Associate Software Engineer at MIT Media Lab and The DuKode Studio, where they contributed to the design of a web-based platform for geo-located visual risk models.

Additionally, Aziz has experience as a Summer Analyst at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants and as a Software Team member at MIT Autonomous Robot Design Competition. Aziz also worked as an SRSI counselor at KAUST.

Aziz Alghunaim completed their high school education at Asrary High School from 2008 to 2010, earning a High School Diploma. Aziz then pursued their undergraduate studies at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) from 2011 to 2015. Aziz obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (EECS). Building on their undergraduate education, Aziz continued at MIT and completed a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science in 2015.
