Drew De La Rosa serves as the Quality Assurance Manager and Service Manager at Nashua Builders since March 2019, overseeing the QC and Service Departments. Prior to this position, Drew De La Rosa worked at Valiant Integrated Services as a TAFF Specialist for a brief period and had a distinguished 22-year career with the United States Army, culminating as District Manager of Recruiting Operations. Achievements include driving significant improvements in recruiting performance, receiving multiple "District Manager of the Year" awards, and implementing efficient training and management systems that enhanced production and reduced costs. Drew De La Rosa holds a degree in Multidisciplinary Studies from Grantham University and is a high school graduate from Kaufer High School.
