Judson Schneider has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Judsen is currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Nashville Biosciences since 2018. Prior to this, they worked at Concert Genetics from 2012 to 2018, holding the position of VP BioInformatics/Product Manager.
From 2012 to 2017, Judson served as the Vice President of Bioinformatics at NextGxDx Inc., where they led a cross-functional team and played a pivotal role in developing and commercializing data products for clinicians and Health Plans. Judsen also recruited a significant portion of the affiliate staff and supervised a data science internship program.
Judson began their early career as a Research Fellow at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. From 2004 to 2009, they served as a Graduate Researcher, and from 2003 to 2004, they worked as a Research Assistant 1. During their tenure at Vanderbilt, they conducted research on direct cellular reprogramming and chemical genetics projects.
In 2012, Judson briefly worked as an Operations Consultant at Tennessee Technology Development Corporation, where they organized the Governor's Innovation Conference and coordinated a Venture Showcase for start-up companies in various industries.
In the past, Judson held leadership positions in scientific associations. Judsen was the President of the Graduate Alliance at Life Science Tennessee from 2010 to 2012, focusing on increasing collaboration between the academic and business communities in the biotechnology sector. As the Vice President of Media in the Tennessee Biotechnology Association's Graduate Alliance from 2008 to 2010, they restructured the organization and implemented communication initiatives.
Judson also contributed to the sports community by serving as the Co-Head Master's Coach at the Nashville Aquatic Club from 2005 to 2010. Judsen successfully merged the Vanderbilt Masters program with the club, promoting competitive swimming for adults. Prior to this, they worked as the Head Coach for the Vanderbilt Masters team from 2003 to 2005.

Judson Schneider obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from Kalamazoo College, where they studied from 1999 to 2003. Judsen later pursued higher education at Vanderbilt University School of Medicine, completing their PhD in Cell and Developmental Biology from 2004 to 2009.
