Julia Masters is an accomplished journalist with a diverse background in reporting and communications. Currently serving as an Entertainment Reporter for the Nashville Business Journal since February 2022, Julia previously held the role of Growth and Development Reporter at the New Bern Sun Journal from May 2021 to January 2022. Julia's experience also includes working as a Communications Strategist at Real Living Productions for a brief period in early 2021, as well as gaining journalistic experience through internships at INDY Week and StarNews Media. Julia began a journalism career as a Staff Writer for The Daily Tar Heel during the academic years of 2018-2019. Julia earned a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2021.
