As a Co-Founder of Shop Black Fest since January 2019, Taniesha also holds positions as a Board Member for the American Marketing Association - Nashville and Nashville Cable, serving as Programs Chair. Additionally, Taniesha is the Founder of Cool Girls Create, an annual conference for creative women professionals, and is a Junior Board Member at the Nashville Business Incubation Center.
